My Story
From Business Failure to Building a Business That Lasts
I know what it’s like to wonder where the next customer is coming from.
I know what it’s like to work hard, do everything you think you’re supposed to do, and still struggle to grow a business.
I also know what it’s like to fail.
My first business lasted about a year before it closed. I made rookie mistakes, lacked experience, and simply didn’t know what I didn’t know.
Instead of giving up, I made a decision to become a student of business.
I immersed myself in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, leadership, business strategy, and personal development. I studied relentlessly, applied what I learned, and committed to becoming the entrepreneur I needed to be.
When I launched Dependable Dallas Movers & Junk Removal, I started with zero dollars, no investors, no mentor, and no formal business training.
Over the next five and a half years, I grew the company to more than $350,000 in annual revenue, served over 1,000 customers, earned 280+ five-star reviews, and created employment opportunities for people to provide for their families.
That journey taught me something important.
Most local business owners don’t have a work ethic problem. They have a clarity problem.
They don’t need another marketing gimmick.
They need a dependable customer acquisition system.
That’s why I started Dependable Growth Consulting.
My mission is to help local service business owners gain more clarity, more confidence, and more control over how they attract customers—so they can build businesses that last.
